Last updated: May 22, 2026. This return policy explains how Qixin Packaging handles B2B aluminum foil packaging orders, quality claims, confirmed defective goods, authorized returns, and overseas recovery for export customers.

Qixin Packaging supplies aluminum foil containers, trays, lids, foil rolls, and custom printed packaging for B2B and export customers. Most orders start with a quotation. Then customers confirm the sample, artwork, size, material, and packing details before bulk production. This B2B return policy covers standard returns, quality claims, shipping damage, replacement support, and order follow-up.

1. Scope of this return policy
This return policy applies to B2B purchases, wholesale orders, custom packaging orders, sample orders, and export shipments supplied by Qixin Packaging. It covers customers who request a quotation, approve specifications, and place bulk orders for business use.
2. Custom and made-to-order products
Qixin Packaging produces custom printed containers, custom shapes, custom colors, private-label packaging, tooling-based products, and other made-to-order items according to confirmed customer specifications. Therefore, Qixin Packaging does not accept ordinary retail-style returns after production starts or after Qixin Packaging arranges shipment.
For example, Qixin Packaging does not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect customer-provided specifications, artwork approval errors, unsuitable sizing after approval, or market demand changes. We also do not accept returns when the goods match the confirmed order details.
3. Return policy for quality issues and confirmed defects
If you believe the goods have a manufacturing defect, material issue, printing issue, shortage, or other quality problem, please contact Qixin Packaging within 7 calendar days after receiving the goods. Include the order number, product name or model, carton markings, clear photos or video, affected quantity, and a short description of the issue.
After Qixin Packaging reviews the evidence and confirms the facts, we may offer a reasonable B2B resolution. The solution may include replacement, remake, credit, refund for affected goods, replacement quantity in the next replenishment shipment, or another written agreement. However, the final resolution depends on the order terms, confirmed specifications, inspection records, and the nature of the issue.
If Qixin Packaging confirms that only part of an order has defects or does not meet the agreed standard, we may arrange the replacement quantity with the customer’s next replenishment shipment. This return policy treats that arrangement as B2B order support, not as an ordinary retail return.
4. Shipping damage, shortage, or loss
If you notice visible shipping damage, shortage, or carton damage, record the issue on the carrier delivery documents when possible. Then contact Qixin Packaging within 3 calendar days after delivery. Photos of outer cartons, pallet condition, labels, and affected goods help us review the case with the freight forwarder or carrier.
5. Return policy authorization and overseas recovery
Please do not return goods without written authorization from Qixin Packaging. If Qixin Packaging approves a return or recovery for a specific case, we will provide the return instructions, overseas warehouse or recovery address, documentation requirements, and agreed freight responsibility in writing.
When Qixin Packaging requires recovery of confirmed defective goods, the customer must send those goods to the overseas warehouse or recovery address designated by Qixin Packaging. Customers should not privately keep, resell, rework, or dispose of confirmed defective goods unless Qixin Packaging gives written approval.
6. Freight, duties, and import costs in this return policy
Unless both sides agree otherwise in writing, the quotation, invoice, and agreed trade terms control international freight, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, and destination handling costs. Standard export quotations commonly use FOB Qingdao. In addition, Qixin Packaging can quote CIF, DDP, air freight, or other terms on request.
For neutral trade-term background, customers can review the Incoterms rules overview from the International Chamber of Commerce. However, the quotation, invoice, or signed order agreement for the specific order still controls the commercial terms.
7. Samples and pre-production approval
Before placing a bulk or custom order, customers should request samples, drawings, specification sheets, and pre-production confirmations when needed. Once a customer approves a product specification, artwork, sample, or production proof, Qixin Packaging uses those approved details as the basis for production and quality review.
8. How to contact us about this return policy
For return policy questions, quality claims, confirmed defective goods, recovery instructions, or order support, please contact Qixin Packaging through our contact page or email info@qixinfoil.com. To help us review the case quickly, include your company name, order details, product model, and supporting photos or documents where relevant.
This policy may work together with the written quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, or purchase agreement for a specific order. If the documents conflict, the written order agreement signed or confirmed by both parties will control.
