Beyond the Configurator

Some foil container designs need
a conversation first.

Some projects need a direct conversation with our team:

Custom printed designs — brand logos, holiday themes, restaurant branding, multi-color patterns
Special container shapes not available in our standard 89-mold library
Custom compartment configurations — multi-section trays with specific divider layouts
Seasonal or occasion-specific packaging — Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Valentine's Day
What We'll Tell You Honestly

Some designs aren't
physically possible.

Aluminum foil has natural forming limits. During stamping, the foil stretches and deforms — which means certain shapes, angles, or depths that work in other materials cannot be achieved in aluminum without compromising structural integrity. The Aluminum Association publishes forming standards that define these limits.

Rather than let you commit to a design that won't work, our team will tell you upfront — and propose an alternative that achieves your functional goal within what aluminum can realistically do.
