Branded foil container designs: samples and artwork

A photograph helps you choose a direction. Before you approve your printed foil containers, you will also want to see how the logo sits on the side wall and how the color looks on the actual finish. The shape, rim and lid can affect how much of the design you see.

For a specific brand color, your Pantone reference gives us a starting point. A physical sample is still useful: silver and colored surfaces reflect light differently from a screen. Our foil printing information covers artwork files and color approval.

Can you put my logo on a design like these?

Yes. You can start with a design reference and your logo or brand guidelines. An AI or PDF artwork file is useful for print review; a PNG can help explain the idea. We check the selected container and artwork together before confirming the print layout.

Can I use the same artwork on different tray shapes?

The same theme can carry across a range, but each shape needs its own layout check. A logo that fits a rectangular side wall may need a different position on a round tray. If you need several sizes, include them in the initial artwork review. The custom foil container options explain the available shape and lid choices.

How many colors can my foil container design use?

Qixin offers printing with up to nine colors. We review the artwork to confirm the color count and print setup for your container. The quotation covers the agreed design, quantities and any printing-cylinder charges.

Samples, quantities and documentation

Can I see a sample before ordering?

You can ask for an available reference sample to check the shape and finish. A sample with your own branded foil container design needs a separate print setup and approval schedule. We confirm sample availability, charges and timing for your project before proceeding.

What quantity and lead time should I plan for?

Printed orders commonly start at 50,000 pieces, depending on the model and design. Your confirmed minimum and production schedule belong in the quotation. Several sizes, a new shape or different print designs need their own review. The ordering guide explains sampling and production approval.

What about food-contact documents for printed containers?

The relevant documents depend on your container, coating, printing arrangement and destination market. You can ask us about the documents for the item you are considering. General information from the FDA on food ingredients and packaging does not establish approval of a particular design.

Discuss your design

A photo reference and the tray size are enough to begin. You can add your artwork, quantity and destination when you have them.
