Our Factory
Qixin Packaging was founded in 1998 as Zibo Hengzhou
Aluminium-Plastic Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. Today, our
360,000㎡ facility in Zibo, Shandong runs dedicated custom
printing lines with 9-color gravure capability, 89+ container
molds, and an in-house mold workshop for custom shape
development.
We produce up to 15 million units per month and ship FOB
Qingdao to North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle
East. Every custom order goes through artwork approval, sample
confirmation, and full inspection before shipment.

■You Don’t Have to Chase Us for Updates
Production photos and QC reports go out weekly. You’ll know the status of your order before you think to ask.
■25 Years Shipping to North America and Europe
We know what your customs broker needs. Export documents, SGS reports, and HS code guidance are prepared as standard — no back-and-forth.
■Problems Get Reported Before Shipment
Not after delivery. If something is off during production, you hear about it first. Remakes are at our cost.

How We Build Your
Custom Aluminum Foil Container
Every custom aluminum foil container order starts with a conversation, not a catalog. Tell us your container size, print design, and target market — we handle the rest.
Before printing begins, we produce a gravure plate for each color in your design. One color, one plate — and all plates are produced simultaneously, so total plate-making time is approximately one week regardless of color count. Plates are yours to keep and reused on every reorder, so your per-unit cost drops significantly from the second run onward.
If your shape doesn’t exist in our 89-mold library, our in-house mold workshop develops new tooling in approximately 60 days. Custom molds are owned by you after production begins.
All timelines are from design sign-off to ready-to-ship FOB Qingdao. We recommend confirming mold and sample approval before committing to a full print run.
